Tiny Patriot and Puppy

I'm all about holidays where the entire country dresses in the same color.  Seriously, I love it.

The Fourth of July is not an exception.  LOVE IT!

This year we decided to attend the local huge parade.  While I love everyone dressing alike, I'm not a fan of heat and crowds of sweaty people.

But we live in the Land of the Brave, so I packed up my little family in our mini-van and off to the parade we went.

It's all about creating memories folks.  Even if the almost 9 month old won't remember a thing.  Haha.  We all loved it!

It was so fun to see the parade through George's eyes.  He watched all the people and floats as they cruised by.  He even snoozed at the end of the parade.  Holidays are hard work after all.

The rest of the weekend was spent as a true holiday.  We spent time together... snuggled in bed... went to a birthday party... all and all a great weekend.

Here are some pics.  Seriously, George is the cutest patriot ever.  Daisy isn't too bad either.

Oh my, I could just eat him!

And we are done!
