This weekend we cleaned and cleaned and cleaned! I took almost everything out of our closet and started over. It was a disaster! I cleaned out the pantry and a few other closets. We just moved in... How did it get so cluttered, so fast!!?? I still need to do a complete organization make-over for the whole house. We need to get rid of stuff that we've had for years and simplify! The stuff is driving me crazy. I mean really... Does Doug need TWO pairs of 'dancing boots' he used 20 years ago when line dancing was the thing to do?? Do I need every Pun.ky Bre.wster video ever made... Well maybe! Just kidding. And the bad part is... I really don't see a ton getting done for awhile. I'd love to just take a few weeks off and go at it... But Doug would need to be there for some of it. Heaven forbid I throw out anything of his!!! I bet he'd never even know it was gone!!
On a fun note... My dad made his television debut this weekend on the show Underco.ver Bo.ss!! He works as the senior environmental engineer for W.hite Cas.tle! He works at the corporate offices and was at the filming! I spotted him about 4 times, which was way fun. They also showed the CEO walking by my dad's office. It was fun watching. And I LOVE WC! Not really the food... But the company is amazing! They gave Doug and I a HUGE WC gift basket for the wedding! The provided over 200 pens we needed for a reception activity! And they printed our programs for the mass!! Yep... They Rock!! My dad loves working for them and I love being part of the extended family! I hear you about cleaning....I just did it a month ago and it could use it again! What happened! This place was damn near above reproach and now it's a disaster!!!
